Lone Star Coach Exchange brokers and sells late-model motorcoaches for Texas fleet operators. Most inventory is two-owner or less and comes off oil-field crew contracts, university athletics work, and Houston-area charter fleets.

The Exchange side of the name is literal: about half the deals are trades, where an operator steps up to a newer coach and Lone Star takes the old unit in. That trade history is why the lot usually holds the newest coaches in the region.
